Microsoft ALM Summit Wrapup

March 3, 2013

Between the Microsoft ALM Summit the last week of January and the Microsoft MVP Summit two weeks later, I am behind in doing some blogging so I am getting caught up this weekend.

The ALM Summit in Redmond was great. If you are interested in hearing from and meeting with the people who area really into Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) this is the best place to meet them. This was the second one I attended and I was very pleased with the session content presented by the Microsoft representatives.

Jason Zander kicked things off with a session on continuous services and connected devices.

Brian Harry had a great keynote with the announcement of Git for the TFS Service and functionality in Visual Studio.

Martin Woodward had a great followup with a session on Git and some indepth usage.

Aaron Bjork covered Agile teams.

Anutthara Bharadwaj had an excellent session on Agile Testing.

All of the ALM Summit sessions are on Microsoft’s Channel9. Download and check them out.
