Chicago ALM User Group’s November Meeting

The Chicago ALM UG will be having their monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 09, 2011 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Microsoft’s Downers Grove office (3025 Highland Parkway, Suite 300).

Eric Landes will be discussing effective ways to improve your software development teams that have different configurations of remote team members. This can include off shore teams, team members in different locations across the country, or for teams with members that want to work from home. Eric will also show how to evaluate the effectiveness of the different remote strategies against business goals.

Eric is a Solution Architect for AgileThought he helps coach and implement agile solutions in primarily Microsoft environments. He’s been using Agile methods for the past 6 years, in a Team Lead/Project Manager capacity. Please RSVP to let the group have an accurate attendance count.
