MSDN Magazine article: VS ALM Rangers—Reflections on Virtual Teams

Brian Blackman and Willy-Peter Schaub wrote an article for the September MSDN Magazine on VS ALM Rangers and the challenges that come with virutal teams. I just joined the Ranger program in May of this year and have been impressed with the way the group of inviduals with all of their responsibilities and priorities have come together to produce guidance used by many. The article gives great insight into how the projects are managed with team members from around the world and recommendations on how to make virtual teams successful.
