MSDN Magazine Article: Build a Ticketing System Using Exchange & TFS

So I like to promote TFS (just a little) and saw a pretty cool article in MSDN magazine on creating a ticketing system with Exchange and TFS. Mohammad Jalloul, with technical review by VS ALM Ranger Bill Heys, described a gret way to use Exchange Web Services to have integration with TFS to create work items. Mohammad’s article provides a nice amount of detail on the code involved in the implementation and it is downloadable from the site. He also pointed out that this implementation could be used for any notification/tracking system that someone would want to implement. Nice job Mohammad!
